Shipping & Returns

DELIVERIES

In order to warrant our customers a good-quality service, we work with Caraka and TIKI JNE for local Indonesia shipping,  and Express Mail Service (EMS) for internationals shipping. If your location is not within Caraka and EMS coverage we can send your order by other service. In this case the shipping cost may be different than stated in your invoice. In the event that the shipping cost is higher than initially charged to you we will charge you the difference.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer within 2 to 7 working days if the goods are available in stock.

In the event that FishyShop.com is unable to deliver the order on the agreed date, our After-Sales Service department will contact the customer 1 to 3 working days in order to let them know and proceed to confirm the next service delivery date, change or cancel the order.

In the event that the order has been paid for in advance, a full refund will me made immediately using the same method as the payment was done.

Shipping costs

To know the cost of shipping you can put the goods in the shopping cart. When you view your cart there will be an icon to 'estimate shipping'. You can click it and fill the required information to get an idea about the cost of shipping.


Customs duties & taxes

For International Orders, customer will be responsible to pay for the apropriate tax and duty for importing the goods to their country.

Should our customers not be satisfied with their purchase, please email us at fishy@fishyshop.com within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Returns Policy

No changes will be made without a written, emailed (fishy@fishyshop.com) or faxed (+62) 251.337514, authorization on the part of FishyShop
The procedure for a warranty claim in order to avoid unecessary expenses is:

  1. Send a photo of the faulty product to fishy@fishyshop.com.
  2. Note the exact fault in the product.
  3. Note the order date and number, also note the invoice number issued by FishyShop.com. (essential requirement).

No goods will be changed or allowed to be returned once they have been manipulated by the customer (i.e. if they are not in a re-saleable condition).
If the change is due to personal reasons (size, color, etc), shipping charges will be met by the customer and items sent to the address written in the authorization. FishyShop will exchange the product without any other cost and will ship the products and noted in the Shipping section.

In any case FishyShop will return the amount paid by the customer, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.
If the change is due to an error made by FishyShop, we will meet the charges derived from the return and send out the right products freight paid.
On receipt of the returned order, we will confirm that the goods are in good condition and that the return is due to an error made by us. After that, we will proceed to send out the right products.
